An autopsy has determined the woman whose body was found off Highway 33 near Ojai was strangled. Court records show 41-year-old Rosa Garibay got into an argument with her husband at their southwest Bakersfield home last week over accusations of infidelity.

44-year-old Gonzalo Garibay will be arraigned Monday for first-degree murder.
