A Lamont man has been arrested on federal charges for drug trafficking.Friday’s arrest of 35-year-old Jose Soto follows a grand jury indictment that methamphetamine and a meth mixture was found in his home in May. The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Soto was being investigated by Kern County Probation and federal drug enforcement agents.
