A music instructor at Bakersfield College has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage girl. Police say 27-year-old Andrew Hubbard met the girl when he was teaching for the school’s Golden Empire Drum and Bugle Corps. Hubbard is also accused of giving her marijuana.

His next court date is September 6th.
