A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that followed the theft of a bicycle. The bike was being sold through Craigslist.com. 22-year-old Christopher Wilkinson of Bakersfield faces attempted murder for driving the car shots were fired from Sunday evening during an arranged sale at the Park at Riverwalk. The shooter has not been arrested and the victim was not injured.
