Did a Jack in the Box worker get fired for helping a veteran? A fast food worker says he was fired from Jack in the Box on Buena Vista Road in southwest Bakersfield for giving free to a veteran. 19-year-old Alex Mesta claims he was not given any notice before being fired for providing small amounts of food to the man. The company responding say they could not comment on a personnel issue but supports veterans.
