Bakersfield’s iconic Little Red School House pre-school is closing.The closure is to make way for the Centennial Corridor. Friday is the last day at the school on California Avenue at Easton Drive after 49 years at its current location. There’s another Little Red School House in northwest Bakersfield, but it’s full and can’t take new students.
