The worker who died at the Bolthouse Farm plant on East Brundage Lane has been identified.The coroner reports the victim is 25-year-old Silvio Beltran Campuzano. He was an employee of a temp agency and got his arm caught in a piece of machinery Wednesday night. The company offered condolences to the man’s family and says they are cooperating with the investigation by Cal/OSHA.
