The man who died in a stolen car on 11th Avenue in Delano has been identified.The coroner reports the dead man is 34-year-old Orlando Morales of McFarland. Police say the man was driving too fast Wednesday morning when he made a turn at Fremont Street and flipped the car up against a building. Morales died at the scene and police say the car had been reported stolen from Bakersfield.
