Caltrans is closing Golden State Avenue for most of a day to conduct drilling operations. Northbound lanes will be closed Thursday night at 10:00 until Friday afternoon at 4:00 from Airport Drive to Highway 99. The right lane on northbound 99 will also be closed from Golden State Avenue to Olive Drive during that time.
