Two people have been arrested after investigators found a vehicle chop shop.The dismantler was located at a home on Deacon Avenue near Edison Highway in east Bakersfield. The CHP says 37-year-old Michael Pinon and 39-year-old Michelle Beltranena-Castillo were arrested Wednesday and three stolen cars were recovered. Each faces various felonies for operating a chop shop.
