A man charged with fatally stabbing a woman in an east Bakersfield motel room has had his guilty plea rejected. Jaime Osuna also said in court Friday that he tortured Yvette Pena at the El Morocco Motel on Golden State Avenue and Sumner Street in 2011, but his defense attorney got the judge to disregard it.

Osuna’s next hearing is Tuesday.
