Two Bakersfield people are under arrest on federal fraud charges. 29-year-old Lynnsi Dunbar and 50-year-old Daniel Harte were charged today [tue] with sending invoices to Bakersfield Pipe and Supply from a fake trucking company. Dunbar worked for the pipe company and allegedly arranged payments of $287 thousand two years ago. Dunbar’s husband was arrested earlier in connection to the case.
