Bakersfield police are asking for help in tracking down the man who committed a strong-arm robbery.The theft happened in front of the Dollar General store at Niles and Williams streets in east Bakersfield. The man ripped a necklace from the victim while she was holding a baby on the morning of September 9th. If the guy looks familiar, call BPD at 327-7111.
