The public is invited to weigh in on a plan Wednesday night to charge use fees at Hart Park, which the county says will help pay for growing maintenance costs. The idea was already being discussed before the recent round of budget cuts to county services.

The meeting is 6:30 at the Public Services building on M Street in downtown Bakersfield.
