The Environmental Protection Agency has settled with an Orange County real estate company that was accused of failing to disclose that homes they sold in Bakersfield and Ridgecrest had lead paint.

Carrington Real Estate Services has agreed to pay $20,000 in fines and to buy $60,000 worth of blood lead analyzers for regional non-profits.
