People are still cleaning up from a surprise squall Wednesday that brought strong winds, blowing dust, and thunderstorms tearing through the area. Blowing dust caused a multi-car crash that closed both directions of Highway 99 at Hosking Road for more than an hour. There were numerous reports of downed trees and power outages, while a report of a funnel cloud turned out to be a dustnado.
