A motorcycle rider has died following a crash at Wible and Planz roads in south Bakersfield. The identity of the cyclist has not been released after Thursday’s wreck around 4:00 PM when a Cal Water truck was making a turn and the motorcycle was unable to stop and broad-sided the pickup. The Cal Water driver was not hurt.
