The Bakersfield Condors have opened training camp with one goal: make the playoffs. The Condors finished one place out of contention last season, but head coach Gerry Fleming said Tuesday they have learned from past mistakes by beefing up the D-Line. Fleming also believes multiple players coming off the injured list will help.

Their first preseason home game is Saturday against the Stockton Heat.
