A suspect has been arrested in the fatal stabbing of a man at an apartment complex in Lost Hills. 23-year-old Daniel Hernandez Ruiz is being held without bail in Thursday’s death of 33-year-old Fredy Perez. Deputies say the men were friends but got into a fight on Lamberson Avenue that morning and the suspect was arrested in the afternoon.
