The Cal State Bakersfield men’s basketball team is predicted to finish in third place in a poll of Western Athletic Conference coaches. New Mexico State and Grand Canyon University are the top two picks despite the Roadrunners winning the WAC tournament last season and representing the league in the NCAA tourney. The media poll has the Runners finishing fourth. The season begins November 12th.
