The lockdown at Thorner Elementary School in northeast Bakersfield has been lifted, but deputies do not have the man they were looking for.

Sheriff’s spokesman Ray Pruitt says they had to close several streets Tuesday morning after one of the robbery suspects that led police on a high speed chase Monday night was spotted in someone’s yard.

That pursuit ended at nearby Morning Drive and Auburn Street with two arrests, deputies are following up on several leads to find that third man.
