The CHP says a 40-year-old man from San Bernardino has been killed in an accident on the southbound Interstate 5 off-ramp at Laval Road.The accident was near the Grapevine as the victim was walking on the ramp and was struck by semi around 4:00 AM Friday and the truck driver told officers the man “came out of nowhere.” An identity has not been released for the victim.
