A man who was found sleeping in a car with a mac-style semi-automatic pistol strapped to his chest is now in the Bakersfield jail on DUI and other charges. Police found 31-year-old Fabian Rizo parked near Allen Road and Reina roads around 7:30 Monday night. He is also suspected of possessing drugs for sale.
