The Department of Motor Vehicles offices on F Street in Bakersfield and in Arvin are still suffering the effects of a statewide computer crash. The DMV says repairs to the servers that went down Monday are taking longer than they anticipated. 122 offices were impacted by the computer problem and about 100 are still having issues as of Wednesday afternoon.
