Computer experts are criticizing the Department of Motor Vehicles over their inability to restore their statewide computer system.The Motor Vehicle crash left more than a hundred offices out of commission, including ones in Bakersfield, Arvin and Taft. Experts say the DMV has main servers and backups side-by-side leading to this week’s double crash and extended outage.
