A 21-year-old woman has pleaded no contest to vehicular manslaughter.Friday’s plea is in connection with a death on Brimhall Road near Highway 43 west of Bakersfield. Jimmi Allison Teagarden entered the plea in the DUI crash in August of 2015 that killed 26-year-old Justin Pensinger. None of the three people in the truck were wearing seat belts, all were ejected and two suffered only minor injuries. Teagarden is sentenced in December.
