A Bakersfield man has been arraigned on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography. 49-year-old Colin Bosby was in federal court Monday with prosecutors saying he used a peer-to-peer file sharing program to put the porn on his computer. Bosby faces a mandatory minimum of fifteen years in prison if convicted.
