Facilities that may have used recalled frozen strawberries is growing beyond the Greenfield School District. County Public Health says Brookdale Riverwalk Nursing Facility in Bakersfield, Glenwood Migrant Head Start and Las Mariposas in Delano served the fruit last month which may have been contaminated with hepatitis A. No illnesses have been reported and the frozen fruit was used in August and September.
