The California State Senate is calling on Congress to permanently waive repayment demands from National Guard members.The Guardsmen and women were given re-enlistment bonuses they weren’t entitled to. Members of both parties signed Monday’s letter directed at Congressional leadership calling the demand for repayment a federal “clawback” against brave men and women.
