The Cal State Bakersfield men’s soccer team is headed to the Western Athletic Conference tournament after beating Houston Baptist 1-0 at home. Freshman Louis Lapouge [la-pooge] scored on a free kick during the 43rd minute to get the victory on Saturday.

The sixth seed Runners open the tournament against third seed Air Force Thursday in Utah.
