Shafter police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a young girl and then grabbed her by the arm in an apparent abduction attempt. A bystander yelled at the man Tuesday around 3:30 on Minter Avenue, so he drove off. The man’s described as mid-20’s and driving a silver, four-door sedan with a plate that begins with 6T. Call Shafter police if you see this suspect.
