Bakersfield police say they’re very pleased with the latest alcohol enforcement effort.The police have been using an underage decoy. Vice detectives and agents from the State Alcoholic Beverage Control recently sent minors into 23 businesses attempting to buy alcohol. The minor decoy was refused in every place and police commend the businesses for upholding the law.
