DEAD TREES BIGGER PROBLEM

A new survey of dead trees in California finds 102 million have been killed by the drought and bark beetles.The new report says more than half of those dying this year. The U.S. Department of Agriculture says the Sierra Nevada range in Tulare and Kern Counties are among the hardest hit areas. They say removing the trees will be expensive and time consuming.
