Arson investigators are looking into the cause of a fire in a vacant east Bakersfield house. Heavy smoke and flames were reported around 10:00 Tuesday night on Tyee Toliver Street and extra engines were called in to help. The damage estimate is $95 thousand in what is just the latest in a growing list of fires in vacant houses.
