The District Attorney is charging the suspended interim police chief of the Kern High School District.The D.A. says he’s charged with four misdemeanor counts of eavesdropping. Supervising Deputy District Attorney Michael Yraceburn says the charges filed Wednesday against Interim Chief David Edmiston are not related to the recent law enforcement database investigation. Yraceburn says an employee reported the illegal recordings but he would not discuss the details.
