A former Sheriff’s Deputy who was already facing domestic violence charges has been arrested again. Gideon Allday was taken into custody Friday for assault and false imprisonment. The identity of the alleged victim has not been released.

Allday was arrested twice in one week last May on suspicion of being high at work and charged with beating his wife.
