The Kern High School District is participating in a national initiative to sprinkle happiness. Students are displaying special signs of encouragement and inspiration over the next couple weeks and wearing brightly colored t-shirts with happy messages. The founder of the Happiness Sprinkling Project was in Bakersfield last week to kick off the local campaign.
