Arvin Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man outside the Kern County Housing Authority. Officers found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds lying on the sidewalk early Sunday morning at the place on Meyer and Franklin streets. He was taken to Kern Medical where he later died.

There is no suspect information.
