The High Speed Rail Authority Board has voted to approve a series of funding plans to move forward.The plans are for the bullet train project in the San Joaquin Valley and in the Bay Area. Tuesday’s vote is required by state law after submitting funding plans for construction. One of the plans approved provides nearly $8 Billion to construct a test rail in the Valley.
