The District Attorney has cleared deputies for the in-custody death.The jail deputies were found no responsible for the death of a man they struggled with when he refused to cooperate in a holding cell. 34-year-old Juan Fidel Castro of Bakersfield died December 8th after being booked for driving a stolen vehicle. Thursday’s report says the autopsy determined he died of methamphetamine intoxication.
