SNOW BETTER, BUT NOT GOOD

Recent storms in California have improved the snow pack along the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The snow is better, but it’s still below normal. State Water Resources says the southern region is actually doing the best with 86 percent of typical snow for late December. The northern and central regions are reporting snow about two-thirds the normal levels. Overall, the snow pack is 72 percent of the December 27th normal from end to end.
