A man has been sentenced in the shooting outside the Chuck E Cheese. 26-year-old Melton Smith was given three years in prison Wednesday in the wounding of three men last April as families filled the restaurant during dinnertime on Ming Avenue in southwest Bakersfield. Two others have taken plea deals and two more are currently on trial.
