Congressman David Valadao of Hanford is proposing legislation intended to improve water deliveries.The plan could add even more to deliveries to the Central Valley. The bill introduced Tuesday would have deliveries made in line with the Bay-Delta Accord, which preceded federal court orders to divert water in support of endangered species. Water storage projects would also be fast-tracked.
