A team from Bakersfield High School has won the state Business Plan competition.They will represent California at the national finals in New York City in April. Thursday’s victory against 100 other high school teams happened at the Rabobank Convention Center in Bakersfield. The Drillers team created a virtual organic honey products company to win.
