A dispute over fees has resulted in Univision no longer being carried on Spectrum.The dispute had Univision demand the cable television stop carrying its programming, including in Bakersfield. KABE Channel 39 is no longer seen on the cable formerly known as Bright House. Instead, a message in English asks for patience as a deal is worked out between the provider and the Spanish language network.
