Funeral services have been held for former County Supervisor and State Assemblyman Trice Harvey.The funeral and burial followed his death January 31st at age 80. Bakersfield Mayor Karen Goh and Supervisors Chairman Zach Scrivner was among the many community leaders attending Thursday’s memorial at St. Francis Church. They said says his humor and positive nature will be missed. Trice Harvey served ten years as a Supervisor beginning in 1977 followed by ten years in the Assembly.
