Kern County Probation is warning of a registered sex offender who is at large. 33-year-old Charles Killebrew is out on bail for violating his drug conviction probation, and also is wanted for burglary and attempted rape. He’s known to frequent Nogal Avenue in the Sagepoint area of south Bakersfield. If you see him, call Deputy Probation Officer Andres Torres at 336-6735.
