The coroner is reporting an inmate found unresponsive in his cell was strangled.The coroner is calling the death a homicide. 43-year-old Jason Morris died February 7th at Wasco State Prison in a two-person cell. No suspect has been named and there is no word about charges against his cell mate at this point.
