Two men have been arrested at Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield after they were found with a pair of loaded guns.

Police say one of the firearms found with 21-year-old Traykell Props and 23-year-old Terrell Gibson Monday was stolen while the other had a scratched-off serial number. Bail is set for the suspected gang members at $1 million.
