A plea deal has been reached over a deadly assault one year ago at the Regency Lanes.The crime happened at the bowling alley in Bakersfield. 33-year-old Orlando Bailey pleaded no contest Tuesday to involuntary manslaughter for the death of 30-year-old Chris Brown after he punched him. Bailey will be sentenced April 4th and face no more than four years in prison.
